Pool Passes MUST be picked up by residents
2024 Pool Passes must be picked up by ADULT homeowners at one of the five dates/times below. A decision was made to again distribute passes by providing several times for homeowners to pick up passes at the clubhouse. Registration forms were collected with dues payments earlier this year and will be used by trustees when passes are picked up before Memorial Day weekend. Pool passes, as in the past, are required for entry to the pool at all times. Please pick up passes as noted below. As always, annual dues must be paid in full for a resident to pick up pool passes
PICK UP POOL PASSES ON THESE DATES:
Tuesday, May 7 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday, May 16 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday, May 19 – 11:00 am to 2:00 pm
Wednesday, May 22 – 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Only adults may pick up passes. Photo identification is required. Passes will be distributed according to registrations submitted by residents. If you did not send one with your dues, download one from this website. Click information, using forms tab and fill it out.
If you do not pick up your passes at the above times, you will need to submit a self-addressed envelope with postage stamp to lifeguards once the pool is open. Within 10 days you will receive your passes in the mail. NO entry until you receive passes.
