High Point is incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio as a non-profit corporation and governed by a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions filed with Cuyahoga County on November 3, 1976.
Annual dues for association membership (assessment obligation as required per the Covenants and Restrictions) are $590 per calendar year for 2024, payable on January 1. In the event of a transfer of ownership, dues for 2024 ($590 per year) are prorated at $ 1.62 per day between the buyer and seller, as of the date of title transfer.
